IDAK Food Group has announced the completion of the strategic acquisition of Onoré, a leading French player in the Bakery & Patisserie sector. The operation further consolidates the Group's presence in key European markets – particularly France and the United Kingdom – expanding the product portfolio and strengthening leadership in the premium frozen segment.
For the Italian business of the Group, represented by Margherita S.p.A., Gusto Sorrento and Propizza S.r.l., this acquisition opens new growth prospects: from the international expansion of the Pizza & Snacks categories to the creation of commercial and industrial synergies within a rapidly developing pan-European platform.
